Every medical practice owner / manager must ensure that their EPM / EHR software can provide daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for each department.
Monitoring an employee’s performance and overall practice performance is only determined complete when detailed data for each department is available at the time of review.
Data ranging from inventory to IT tickets, transport trips, and walk-ins must be captured. All duties must be measurable and all employees must be held accountable for their results, whether positive or negative.
