Proactive Administrative System (PAS)
PAS is a unique, well-designed training exclusively for aspiring or current Medical Center Administrators. Today, many managers stand in the lobby of medical practices waiting for chaos to ensue, and then they start solving problems. Instead, our system empowers professionals to study, plan, create, and implement new processes that allow them to prevent department problems before they occur. They are trained to use analytical skills, to interpret reports and predict results, make comparisons, and look for variances in data.
Training Details
This training includes Performance Manual with a week-by-week plan and goals that must be met to obtain quantitative positive results.
Classes are 4 hours a day, 20 hours total. Training can be remote or in-person (travel fees apply).
- in person classes are from 9am – 1pm
- remote classes are from 1pm – 5pm.
If the student is too busy, we can schedule classes of 2 hours a day, which lengthens the training days.
*Classes can be taught in Spanish or English, including all the material provided.
Individual Training or Group Training Available
