A complimentary training will be provided to the center administrator/manager.

Avoid penalties for lack of knowledge. Protecting patients' health information is a big responsibility. When trying to establish a relationship with a certain patient, employees tend to go beyond the scope of their work, which is fine, unless medical questions or conversations take place in an unsafe environment. We will train employees to be assertive and keep patient medical information secure, while providing patients with the compassion and respect they need.
Healthcare Risk Management
What is risk management? Healthcare risk management focuses on the important role of patient safety and the reduction of medical errors that jeopardize an organization’s ability to achieve its mission and protect against financial liability. Risk managers identify risks and estimate potential consequences and develop plans incase risks become reality.
Proactive Solutions
We help you establish a control and internal audit protocol; implement the policies and procedures of the compliance manual; designate a compliance officer or contact person; respond appropriately to detected violations; Develop corrective action, imposing disciplinary rules through the policies of the manual to follow.


Creating effective managers. A center manager must be a knowledgeable and trustworthy person who can spot problems before they arise. A leader who acts as a protector of the company, its employees and patients.
The company will receive a Healthcare Compliance Manual. The designated HIPAA Officer and/or Risk Management Officer (typically the Facility Manager) will be trained to be able to conduct internal audits and take necessary action in the event of a breach of medical information of a patient or others risks for the company.
HIPAA employee training must be done once a year and every time a new employee is onboarded. We will keep in touch to provide such a service in the future. Each employee will receive a Certificate of Completion.
