Creating effective managers. A center manager must be a knowledgeable and trustworthy person who can spot problems before they arise. A leader who acts as a protector of the company, its employees and patients.
The company will receive a Healthcare Compliance Manual. The designated HIPAA Officer and/or Risk Management Officer (typically the Facility Manager) will be trained to be able to conduct internal audits and take necessary action in the event of a breach of medical information of a patient or others risks for the company.
HIPAA employee training must be done once a year and every time a new employee is onboarded. We will keep in touch to provide such a service in the future. Each employee will receive a Certificate of Completion.
